It was a day that anyone would dream about. These two are so much fun! Alexa + Sam’s Baker Street Train Station wedding will give you ALL the feels. It was a classic, black bow-tie event but it didn’t lack in fun! Sam, who never takes things seriously, brings the best laughs out of Alexa, and they were surrounded by a bridal party that were so eager to have fun + celebrate!
Alexa + Sam first met in college. It all began with the classic, “I need help with homework, can you help me?” (Except she really did need help!!) They met up at the library and really hit it off. They dated for five and a half years and about a year after Alexa packed up her stuff and moved to Chicago, he proposed! In the middle of Garfield Park Conservatory, Sam asked his best friend to marry him.
Every detail of their wedding day was thoughtfully and beautifully planned. During their engagement session, Alexa described the plans she had and I knew walking in on wedding day this was going to be a wedding to remember. Every detail was unique and special– hello gorgeous cinnamon bridesmaid dresses + fern details! Everything paired so well with the historic train station (Fort Wayne’s Baker Street Train Station) that they celebrated the night away in. This wedding is one that you will want to scroll through every.single.image!
